Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return: The item must be unused and in its original condition The item must be returned in its original packaging Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items Certain items cannot be returned, including: Gift cards Personalized/custom products Final sale items Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos attached.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
